Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused merchandise or unopened beverages in their original packaging to ensure they remain safe during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
